Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached, with proof of purchase.
To start a return, email camerron.whitson@yahoo.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
Non-returnable items
Final-sale items, gift cards, and items marked non-returnable on the product page.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right at no cost to you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the item and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 10 business days. Your bank may need additional time.
Pre-orders
You may cancel a pre-order any time before it ships for a full refund. If a pre-order cannot ship by the date we gave you, we will notify you and you may cancel for a full refund.
